  • Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained at the point of opt-in, which is managed by our business client (you). SereniZon does not independently solicit consent from end users.
  • All SMS communications include opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). Opt-out requests are honored promptly and in accordance with applicable anti-spam legislation.
  • Email communications sent on behalf of clients include an unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are processed without delay.
  • Message and data rates may apply to SMS recipients depending on their mobile carrier plan.
  • Our business clients are responsible for ensuring they have obtained appropriate consent from their end users prior to activating SereniZon's messaging features.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
